HeroMarket was going through aggressive expansion of their supermarket outlets when the team approached IDTG Asia to build their online presence through social media as well as a dedicated website.
Content development was focused on building topics that are relevant to their shoppers’ daily lives, encouraging them to share their own experiences with other fellow shoppers. A customised website was programmed to sync with HeroMarket’s CRM system for more efficient membership application and tracking.
Digitising the brand has since increased online brand presence, improved customer engagement, expanded customer bases, and opened up feedback channels with improved response time.
